WwW.KX39.com

It will be the Dragon Boat Festival in two days. Every year, zongzi will be made at home. Watching the adults busy, I was really worried. Today I decided to learn how to make zongzi.
The preparation work was done. I took out two large and small Zong leaves like my mother, folded a corner like my mother, put a little soaked glutinous rice on the folded corner cylinder, stuffed a large fat pork, and covered it with glutinous rice.
I began to be a little complacent and thought: a simple dumpling can't help the smart me. But when I covered the rice dumplings again, the glutinous rice didn't listen to me like a naughty child. One after another, it jumped out, covering this side and that side. I was in such a hurry that I was as anxious as ants on a hot pot. Fortunately, my mother helped me out by removing some sticky rice. I was relieved and wrapped up the Zongye again.
After some small setbacks, I finally got to the last step - tying the palm rope. Dumplings need to be wrapped tightly before they taste good. So I took the palm rope and tied them round and round. Then I gave them to my mother. At this time, I realized that making zongzi is a craft. It's not easy to wrap it.

Today is the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. It is a traditional Chinese festival - the Dragon Boat Festival.
Early in the morning, I smelled the fragrance of zongzi in my bedroom. Today is the fifth day of may in the lunar calendar, a traditional Chinese festival - the Dragon Boat Festival.
Early in the morning, I smelled the fragrance of zongzi in my bedroom. I hurried to get up and came to the table. WOW! Today's breakfast is zongzi! Mother said, "there are many kinds of zongzi today! There are red bean zongzi tied with red thread, clear water zongzi tied with white thread, and spiced beef zongzi tied with flower thread!" I couldn't wait to pick up a Spiced Beef Dumpling, cut the thread and tear off the leaves. I saw that the glutinous rice was full and swollen like pearls. I took a hard bite and felt fragrant and sweet! Maybe I ate too fast to see the beef. Looking at my mother's red bean dumplings, red beans are like rubies embedded in glutinous rice dumplings. There are peanuts in them!
Suddenly, my father said, "what is my clear water zongzi like?" I said, "like a pagoda!" So my father stuck white sugar and I bit off the tip of the pagoda with one bite. Our family ate three mouthfuls with relish, My father also told me: "the Dragon Boat Festival is to commemorate the patriotic poet Qu Yuan. Because at that time, the imperial court, Qu Yuan couldn't bear the frame of his ministers and threw himself into the river with hatred. After people knew that, in order not to let fish and shrimp eat Qu Yuan's body, so people rowed into the river and threw zongzi, salted eggs and other food to feed fish and shrimp. Therefore, every Dragon Boat Festival, people ate zongzi, salted eggs and even rowed dragon boat races."
Today, I not only ate sweet dumplings, but also increased a lot of extracurricular knowledge. I will remember the Dragon Boat Festival with fragrant dumplings.
